I am invited not to return to this branch

I had an appointment for an antigen test at 01:55, I arrived at 01:45 and it took them 15 minutes to see me to charge me for the appointment, once there they told me: "Go see if the doctor is still there." When I went, the patients prior to my appointment were just leaving and the doctor refused to see me because she was ALREADY GOING TO EAT. She must have received me because I arrived on time, it's not my fault that they were late at the till or that her previous patients were late. Terrible service.
